Abstract:
To allow a cold rolled steel plate for a base steel plate for a painted steel plate to be used by preventing a painted film at the bent part from degrading in bending the painted steel plate.
A working method of a painted steel plate has a bending process to bend the painted steel plate and a heating process to heat at least a bent part of the painted steel plate. By this method, in bending the painted steel plate, even if a residual stress is generated to a painted film at a bent part, at least a bent part of the painted steel plate is heated by the heating process, so that the residual stress is eliminated.
