Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shortens time required for confirming working accuracy when a tool is exchanged for new one by replacing a series of working order with an order so that the process using the tool is performed at first, measuring working control following to the working process by the tool, and correcting the tool. SOLUTION: When a tool is exchanged for new one (S101), it is judged whether this new tool is necessary to be corrected by initial check or not (S102). When correction by initial check is judged to be required, the execution order of a working program is replaced so as to perform at first the process using the new exchanged tool (S103). Next the process using the exchanged tool only performed at first (S104). When the process is completed, the worked place is measured (S105). When the measured working accuracy is in the range of fixed tolerance (S106), all the remaining processes are performed (S109). When it is deviated from the tolerance range, setting of the cutting tool is corrected (S107).
