CONSTITUTION: A soft long sized work 1 is marked by a marking device 2 at the specific interval larger than an aiming cutting length. This mark is then detected and a clip hole is punched by a clip hole punching insertion machine 51 on the work in the space from this mark to the next mark of the rear part. The work is then cut by a cutting device 54 at the position of this mark and at the position apart an aiming cutting length at the rear part from this mark.
