Abstract:
To prevent oil-soiling of a periphery due to flying of working oil in a disposal hydraulic buffer and to recover without taking time and labor.
A hydraulic buffer 1 is held in an inclining state in a casing 4 having an opening part 4a through which the hydraulic buffer 1 is carried in and out and a rotating stand 5 rotating with this state described above is provided. Further, a recovery means 6 to recover working oil discharged from the hydraulic buffer 1 is provided.
