To provide a working part which ensures almost dust-free rewinding from a thread feeding bobbin to a cross-wound package, while a pitch interval of the working part is formed to be less than that of the working part conventionally used.
The working part 1 has a thread guide path 6 which surrounds a thread running path and is composed of a plurality of parts. The thread guide path 6 has accommodating housings 18 and 21 for various thread monitoring/processing devices, or accommodating categories 31, 32 and 33. However, the thread guide path 6 extends between the thread feeding bobbin 2 positioned at a feeding position AS and a winder 4, and a negative pressure is applied to for each predetermined category if necessary. Thus, negative pressure flow occurs on the thread guide path 6, and the direction of the negative pressure flow can be specified to be set.
