A pair of inclined faces 12a and 12b are respectively formed in a pair of vertical plate parts 12A and 12B expanding in the axial direction and the vertical direction of the brake core 10, and are brought into contact with the brake core 10 from below. The pair of inclined faces 12a and 12b are supported by a horizontal plate part 13 integrally formed in the pair of vertical plate parts 12A and 12B and placed in a skeleton part 3a positioned under the brake core 10 and a fixing part 14 fixed in a state of hitching on the skeleton part 3a.
