Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the working process management device of a winding material, which can reduce the burden of a worker.
CONSTITUTION: A terminal equipment is installed for each producing machine and data is unitary-managed by a hostcomputer. An operation part 110 is connected to a terminal device by way of a cable. When an operator finds a working defective place while monitoring the winding material which is under carrying/working, he/she depresses operation switches S1 to S10 incorporating LED. A single operation switch corresponds to each defective content. A part of the operation switches are alternating types so that they can be kept in ON state as long as existing the working defective part. The terminal device prepares working defective data showing what kind of working defective part exists a which position based on an input from the operation part 110.
