Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remove defect in hollow portion of a working shaft and improve strength by sintering and molding the shaft into hollow with slip type materal made of ceramics powder and solvent. CONSTITUTION:A low pressure side rotor 16, a high pressur side rotor 18 and a compressor rotor 20 of a gas turbine engine are rotatably supported by bearings 22a, 22b fit to an engine body 10. The low pressure side rotor 16 and the high pressure side rotor 18 are fixed to a connection shaft 26a by a clamping bolt 24 and the connection shaft 26a is fit to the bearing 22a and fit to a right end portion of the compressor rotor 20. And the low pressure side rotor 16, the high pressure side rotor 18 and the compressor rotor 20 are made by sintering to mold slip material made of ceramics powder and solvent into hollow shape, and hollow portions 17c, 19c, 21c are formed inside.
