PURPOSE: To prolong the service life of the blades of a working tool such as cutting plyers extensively.

CONSTITUTION: When the pivot 53 formed on a first grip rod 51A is inserted in the insertion hole 54 formed on a second grip rod 52A, minute gaps a, b, and c are formed. On the other hand, edge chips 3 and 4 made of a cemented carbide are prepared beforehand, and they are contacted temporarily to planes 1 and 2 formed to the first and the second grip rods 51A and 52A through a plate silver solder. And a member to exclude the solder such as a chalk powder is rubbed in to the gaps a, b, and c, and the first and the second grip rod 51A and 52A are closed to abut the edge chips 3 and 4 so as to contact the tips of the edges closely, and a soldering is applied under such a condition. As a result, the molten silver solder is excluded by the chalk powder, and it cannot invade to the gaps a, b, and c. Consequently, the first and the second grip rods 51A and 52A are not soldered, and a working tool having the cemented cartridge edge chips can be composed.
