Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement technology for reducing vibration generated on a working tool.SOLUTION: A sander 100 as the working tool comprises: a body part 101 housing a motor 110; a polishing part 103; a dust collector attachment part 105; and a dust collector 300. In the production method of the sander 100, as a frequency region capable of reducing vibration of the body part 101, the frequency region according to a predetermined drive frequency of a driven part when acceleration in a predetermined direction of the dust collector 300 attached to the dust collector attachment part 105, is set. Then a drive frequency of the polishing part 103 during driving of the motor 110 by rating output is set to a frequency in the frequency region. Thereby at least part of the dust collector 300 operates as a weight, and as a dynamic vibration reducer for reducing vibration generated on the body part 101.
