To provide a hydraulic oil tank enabling an internal inspection and contaminant removal to be easily and reliably implemented.SOLUTION: A hydraulic oil tank 40 according to the present invention comprises a return filter chamber 46 with a filter 44 arranged therein. The return filter chamber 46 has: a first opening 56 on an upper section thereof; a second opening 58 on a bottom section thereof; an upper lid 60 of the first opening; a discharge member 70 which is provided with a flange 72 supporting the filter 44 and a pipe 74 connected to the flange 72 to send filtered hydraulic oil and detachably engaged with an edge section 58a of the second opening; and an energizing member 64 which presses a lower edge of the filter 44 and the flange 72 against the flange 72 and the edge section 58a of the second opening respectively. The first opening 56 has an inner diameter allowing the filter 44, the energizing member 64 and discharge member 70 to be passed therethrough. The second opening 58 has an inner diameter allowing a hand of a worker to be inserted therethrough. The discharge member 70 is configured to allow a predetermined region 74a at a lower section of a side face of the pipe 74 to be protruded beyond a bottom section 46b of the return filter chamber in a state where the discharge member is engaged with the edge section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
