Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey a workpiece without scratching a surface to be supported, by making all free rollers for conveyance rotate in synchronization with the workpiece to the utmost.SOLUTION: A workpiece conveying method according to the present invention is used to convey the workpiece 1 in a predetermined direction while supporting the workpiece 1 by a free roller 11 by imparting a conveyance force F to the workpiece 1. The impartation of a flow of a fluid makes a rotation assist force f in a direction of rotation during the conveyance of the workpiece 1 imparted to the free roller 11.
