The slope 3k of the receiving holder 3 forms an angle of about 90 with respect to a reference line L2 which is formed by connecting; an intersection 02 between a tangent L1 at an outermost circumference (a), or a point on an intersection line between the workpiece surface 2a and the outer circumferential face 2b of the workpiece lens 2, and a center axis Lc of the workpiece lens 2; to a contact portion (c) of the elastic body 6 attached to the pushing holder to the slope 3k, so that the slope 3k of the receiving holder 3 is adopted to have a movable structure about the intersection O2 when the pressurization and the working fulcrum of the tool plate 1 is concentrated in one point, or the intersection O2.
