Abstract:
To provide a workpiece insertion device with which a workpiece can be inserted into a film even with a packaging material whose paste position of a tubular film on a mount is largely deviated.SOLUTION: In a toothbrush insertion device 100 for inserting a toothbrush 3 into a heat-shrinkable tubular film 7 of a packaging material 5, the packaging material 5 includes: a bucket 50 on which the tubular film 7 having openings on both ends is pasted to a mount 6 and the toothbrush 3 and the packaging material 5 are placed; a mandrel advancing and retreating part 21 that opens and centers the tubular film 7 by inserting a mandrel 22 into the tubular film 7 from an opening 7F on the front side of the tubular film 7; and a toothbrush extrusion section 30 that pushes the toothbrush 3 toward the inside of the tubular film 7 from the opening 7R on the rear side of the tubular film 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
