Abstract:
To provide a workpiece inspection method for evaluating the quality of a workpiece by using an image collection technique, a device, and a computer-readable storage medium.SOLUTION: A workpiece inspection method includes: radiating a ring light which emits light beams in different colors from different ring sub-lights to collect an image of the workpiece, in which a collecting unit comprises a plurality of ring sub-lights arranged in order from a side close to a workpiece to a side far therefrom with respect to the workpiece to be inspected having an arcuate curved surface toward the ring light; performing processing on the collected image to acquire a plurality of image areas in which different image areas are different in color and the colors of the image areas and the colors of the light beams emitted from the ring sub-lights correspond with each other one by one; and inputting image characteristic parameters of the plurality of image areas to a predetermined workpiece quality inspection model to obtain a workpiece quality inspection result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
