Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece loading method and device having excellent productivity and shortening press cycle time.
SOLUTION: Workpieces W carried out from a press 1 are positioned by a plurality of centering devices 3a, 3b situated downstream immediately below the press 1 or a carry-out conveyor 2 installed in the press 1. Then, the workpieces W positioned by these centering devices 3a, 3b for each of the plurality of press cycles are picked up by more than one pair of loading robots 4a to 4d and loaded onto pallets 6, 6.
