Abstract:
To provide a piling assist tool capable of restricting outbreak of failed products in processing of workpieces by preventing the workpieces from being damaged by preventing misalignment in piling.
This piling assist tool 10 can pile each workpiece W without misalignment by engaging with each of the plurality of workpieces W and being overlapped with a workpiece W body in a process for manufacturing the workpiece W. This piling assist tool 10 comprises magnetic members 11 disposed to be attracted to each other by magnetic force in at least an upper and a lower surfaces of the piled workpieces W.
