Abstract:
To provide a work-piece posture control device to perform picking by a robot with high accuracy and in a short time by eliminating phenomenon of contact and overlap of work-pieces due to dense accumulation of work-pieces that are conveyed through a conveying path.SOLUTION: A workpiece posture control device 1 has a flexible rectangular plate 2, first actuators 3a-3d, which are fixedly placed on the lower surface of the four corners of the rectangular plate 2 and apply vertical vibration, a camera 11 that captures multiple areas set on the rectangular plate 2 and a control device 20 which identifies work-pieces that exist in multiple areas by analyzing the images captured by the camera 11, calculates the ratio of the work-pieces in the areas and controls the first actuators 3a-3d based on the ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
