PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece processing method which achieves improvement of the productivity.SOLUTION: In a workpiece processing method, workpieces including a first workpiece (46A) and a second workpiece (46B) are continuously processed in a single processing area. The workpiece processing method includes the steps: performing additional processing to the second workpiece (46B) in the processing area; and performing removal processing to the first workpiece (46A) in the processing area while keeping the second workpiece (46B) that has been subject to the additional processing in a stand-by state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
