WORKPIECE VIBRATION SUPPRESSION DEVICE FOR CYLINDRICAL GRINDING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014148026
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppression device the lifetime of which is prolonged, for a cylindrical workpiece.SOLUTION: In a vibration suppression device 10, two shoe arms 13a, 13b capable of moving back and forth are mounted to left and right sides of a shoe arm mount frame body 12a, in a semi-arcuate shape, provided in an upper part of a pedestal 11 so as to form an included angle of 120° toward a rotation axis center O of a virtual workpiece. A shoe arm 13c which is movable back and forth, is mounted to a shoe arm mount frame body 12b in a 1/4 arcuate shape so as to be vertical toward the rotation axis center O. The three shoe arms 13a, 13b, 13c are mounted in such a manner that heads of the shoe arms become vertex positions of a virtual regular triangle when the shoe arms move toward the rotation axis center O and are brought into contact with the outer periphery of the workpiece.
