Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the accurate worn state of a pumping tube graspable by grasping the worn state of an inner surface of this pumping tube from the detected value made between a rotation detecting means, detecting rotation of a rotor pressing the pumping tube, and a pressure detecting means detecting hydraulic pressure, etc., in a hydraulic piping.
SOLUTION: A hydraulic sensor 22 is installed in a hydraulic piping, while a proximity sensor 23 is installed in a casing as well, and their signals are inputted into a control unit 27. In the case where ready-mixed concrete is placed in a high lift position, by way of example, a low speed shift switch 25 is pushed, making a hydraulic pump into operation. When the proximity sensor 23 detects the number of pulses being produced in one cycle of the rotor, a central processing unit 32 converts the maximum hydraulic pressure of one cycle out of a random access memory 33 into the discharge pressure of the ready-mixed concrete on the basis of a data table of a low-speed shift of a ready-only memory 34, so that this discharge pressure is going to be added. Next, the added value is percentally calculated, and this calculated value is discharged on an indicator 28, and when it is turned to 100 percent, a warning is emitted by a speaker 29.
