To provide a wound body of a stretch film for packaging for facilitating handling of a used paper pipe and using it to the end and to provide its manufacturing method.

The stretch film is wound around a winding core provided with an air chuck mechanism by an ordinary method, then the winding core is pulled out, and the thin paper pipe is inserted immediately after it. The paper pipe is fixed by shrinkage of wound body itself caused when winding the stretch film to obtain the wound body of the stretch film for packaging of the thin paper pipe.
