The woven fabric for bonding by melting is divided in the width direction into a part A for bonding by melting and a fitting part B and a warp 1a of the part A for bonding by melting is coated C with a thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride. When the part A for bonding by melting of the woven fabric for bonding by melting thus constituted is superimposed on an edge part of a proper sheet and pressed under heating, the thermoplastic resin attached by the coating C to the warp 1a of the part A for bonding by melting is melted and firmly stuck to the surface of the sheet.
