Abstract:

To provide a woven fabric having rich designability, reducing a load on laundrymen or employees of hotels or public facilities and having new design patterns and to provide a woven fabric responsive even to demands for a wider breadth without distinction between the face and the back.

The woven fabric having no distinction between the face and the back comprises a twill weave or a satin weave having ≥2 to ≤7 maximum number of floated warps or wefts as basic weave and has one complete weave in which the basic weave and the back weave of the basic weave are alternately arranged and combined. Lattice patterns in which the total number of sites of the basic weave and the back weave of the basic weave composing the one complete weave is ≥8 to ≤120 are arranged over the whole surface of the woven fabric. Ridge lines of the twill weave or satin weave forming the basic weave are combined so as to be symmetrical with the face weave and the back weave.
