To provide a light-weight woven fabric for lining having excellent slippage resistance.
There is provided a woven fabric for lining in which a core-sheath type conjugate fiber yarn including a polyester having a melting point of 130°C or more and less than 250°C in a sheath part and a polyester having a melting point of 250°C or more in a core part and a polyester fiber yarn having a melting point of 250°C or more are arranged. In both warp and weft of the woven fabric, a plurality of polyester fiber yarns are arranged per arrangement of one or two to four core-sheath type conjugate fiber yarns. The size of the grid formed by the core-sheath type conjugate fiber yarns is 1.5 mm or more and 2.5 mm or less in each of the warp and weft directions of the woven fabric. The core-sheath type conjugate fiber yarns arranged as warp and weft and/or the core-sheath type conjugate fiber yarn and the polyester fiber yarn are thermally fused. The slippage resistance is 3 mm or less in both warp and weft directions of the woven fabric. The woven fabric for lining has a basis weight of 45 g/m2 or less.
