Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain substantially no sewing in clothing using a woven fabric in the woven fabric and a method for forming a fabric product from the woven fabric.
SOLUTION: This woven fabric is woven in a double texture by a jacquard to make a first layer of the double texture into a front body part 16 of the clothing and a second layer into a rear body part of the clothing. The clothing has connection parts 18A, 18B and 18C for connecting the first layer to the second layer along external form lines 10 of the clothing (= repeating pattern). The woven fabric is cut with leaving at least a part of the connection parts except parts to become openings to pass the human body such as a collar 20, sleeves 22, the bottom 24, etc., along the connection parts 18A, 18B and 18C. Consequently, the clothing in which the front body part is connected to the rear body part along the external form lines of the clothing and the parts to pass the human body are opened can be obtained by substantially no sewing.
