To obtain a woven fabric for a screen-type preventing the generation of a moire in printing by processing a plain woven fabric consisting of a polyester monofilament used both in weft and warp yarns with suppressing a deviation in stitches by an aqueous treating liquid of a polyester-resin composition.
This woven fabric for a screen type preventing a moire for printing is obtained by weaving a mesh fabric for the screen having a 1/1 plain fabric structure having 1.5-3.0 fold density ratio of warp and/or weft yarns, presetting and finishing the fabric, immersing it into an aqueous treating liquid of nonionic-type soft polyester resin composition, pad-dry treating by squeezing with a mangle to dehydrate and dry, then performing a treatment suppressing the deviation in stitches with a final set at a high temperature of ≥160°C while stretching to both warp and weft directions.
