To provide a simply producible woven fabric subjected to finishing in a used appearance without a change in shape with time in spite of a worn out feeling.

The woven fabric having the used appearance is a completely connected double woven fabric woven from a right side fabric of cotton and a lining fabric of polyester fibers and is obtained by treating a part of the right side fabric with a liquid containing sulfuric acid and wearing out the cotton. The part of the right side fabric is worn out. Since the right side fabric is connected to the lining fabric in various places, the worn out parts are neither rent nor enlarged. Thereby, a change in shape with time is not caused.
