To provide a woven fabric with a pattern, which can be manufactured easier and in a shorter period of time than a woven fabric with a pattern manufactured by sewing even when complicated patterns are formed on a fabric that becomes a base.

The woven fabric with the pattern is manufactured by integrally weaving a base fabric 1, a pattern portion 2 provided on the base fabric 1, a transparent cloth 3 provided so as to cover the whole of the base fabric 1 and the pattern portion 2, and a binding portion 4 that binds the base fabric 1, the pattern portion 2 and the transparent cloth 3 at a boundary portion between the base fabric 1 and the pattern portion 2 by using a jacquard loom and a dobby loom.
