A woven fabric 1 comprises: a first texture organization layer 11 in which first warp T and first weft Y are interwoven; a second texture organization layer 12 in which second warp t and second weft y are interwoven; and a dual-layered part 13 in which the first weft Y and the second warp t are interwoven partially and which dual-layers the first texture organization layer 11 and the second texture organization layer 12. Either yarn of the first warp T and the first weft Y has less exposure to an outer surface than the other yarn, and inner yarn having less exposure to the outer surface is black polyester spun-dyed yarn. Outer yarn having more exposure to the outer surface is polyester yarn of the same color with or the different color from the polyester spun-dyed yarn. The second warp t and the second weft y are polyester yarn of an identical color but different from the color of the first warp T and the first weft Y.
