Title:
WOVEN HEATING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04249881
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To remove the possibility that heating wires are brought into touch with each other in thread groups after being separated by putting arrangement of yarns practically in an unchanging condition in a main body part and a double weaving part, and preventing density of thread passing groups in the double weaving part from lowering too much.

CONSTITUTION: There are provided a main body part A1 in which first thread groups (warp groups) 2 containing heating wires 21 and insulative yarns 22 are woven by means of weft groups; and a hollow weave part A2 in which the warp groups 2 are divided into upper and lower two sets and thread groups 2a and 2b in the respective sets are woven by means of the weft groups. The yarns 22 arranged adjacently to the heating wires 21 are constituted of flat yarns 22a and 22b superposed upon each other so as to be separable, and these superposed yarns 22 are separated in the double weaving part A2 in the upper and lower two directions.
