Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven or knitted fabric excellent in heat shielding properties and heat radiation properties and textile products.SOLUTION: The woven or knitted fabric has a multilayer structure composed of two or more layers, in which either one layer comprises fibers having a flat cross section and other layer(s) comprise(s) false-twist crimped yarns. It is preferable that the fibers having a flat cross section are polyester fibers having a flat cross section which comprises 1.0 wt.% or more of a matting agent and the cross sectional shape of a single fiber of which is a flat cross section having two or more constricted parts and a cross sectional flatness of 2 to 6. The false-twist crimped yarn is composed of two or more kinds of false-twist crimped yarns and is included as a composite yarn having a torque of 30 T/m or less.
