Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven knit fabric capable of forming a continuous harmony by two types of woven knit textures and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A woven knit fabric 19-A is formed by using a first texture 211 and a second texture 221. Dithering is applied on a multivalued image 11-A as an original image to form a binarization area on a processed image 12-A. One value area of the binarization area is formed by the first texture 211 and the other value area is formed by the second texture 221 based on the processed image. The first texture 211 and the second texture 221 form a continuous harmony in the binarization area. This method comprises: a dithering process to form the binarization area by applying dithering on the original multivalued image; and a weaving and knitting process to form the continuous harmony in the binarization area using the first texture and the second texture by forming one value area using the first texture and the other value area using the second texture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
