Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a woven special belt for a corrugated machine which is made by respectively binding each ply of an upper part, a intermediate part and a lower part via a knotting yarn group and has improved quiet sound traveling property.
CONSTITUTION: In the woven belt constituted of the upper ply 1, the intermediate ply 2 and the lower ply 3, four warps 5, 6, 7 and 8 running with some deviation to each other are made to run astride at least two woofs 4 at both above and below sides to form the upper ply 1. Further the intermediate ply 2 is constituted so that two warps 9, 10 running with some deviation to each other run respectively astride two woofs 4 and also the warps 11, 12, 13 and 14 running with some deviation to each other run respectively astride one woof 4 at the above side and three woofs 4 at below side to constitute the lower ply 3. Further respective one woofs 4 in the above ply 1 and the intermediate ply 2 are alternatively wound by knotting yarn 15 and 16 running with some deviation to each other to bind the upper ply 1 and the intermediate ply 2 to each other and the intermediate ply 2 and the lower ply 3 are similarly bound to each other by a group of the knotting yarn 17 and 18.
