Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make easy the disposal of a wrap film carton having a lid covering piece provided with a V-shaped edge after use, while maintaining its film cutting function.
CONSTITUTION: A covering piece 4 extending from a lid 3 is provided with a small cutting member 8 on the rear face of its V-shaped edge part. When the wrap film is drawn out of the carton and pulled straight or toward oneself, a cut is made in the film widthwise in the middle by the cutting member 8 and, when the wrap film is further pulled, this cut proceeds along the edge of the covering piece 4 and extends to both the side edges of the wrap film, thereby cutting off the wrap film neatly. After the wrap film is used up, the carton is discarded with only the covering area including the cutting member 8 torn off, or the cutting member remaining thereon.
