To improve the efficiency of a tag attaching work and a film packaging work by mechanically interlocking both the tag attaching process and a wrap film winding and packaging process to save the labor of the visual and manual work to check the content of a cargo, to match the cargo with a tag and to attach the tag.

A wrap film packaging and tag attaching device comprises a wrap film packaging means A to wind a wrap film 17 around an outer circumferential surface of a cargo 1 on a pallet 2 placed on a rotary table 20, and a tag attaching means B provided with a tag feeding means 30 to feed one or a plurality of kinds of tags 31 indicating the name, the address, etc., of the cargo and a transfer hand 40 to transfer the tags 31 to an outer side surface part of the cargo 1 on the pallet 2. A film elevating/lowering part 10 is elevated while the rotary table 20 is rotated, and in the middle of the process in which the wrap film 17 is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the cargo 1 from a lower part to an upper part while spirally overlapped, the tags 31 to indicate the content of the cargo 1 is wound and attached between the wrap film 17 and the outer circumference surface of the cargo 1.
