Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation of an open hole or occurrence of a crack with the open hole as a starting point especially on a belt outer surface side and thus suppress the breakage of the belt, in a wrapped V-belt on which the open hole penetrating in a belt thickness direction is formed.SOLUTION: A wrapped V-belt 100 includes a belt body 10 whose cross section is formed into a V-shaped manner, and an outer covering cloth 50 covering the periphery of the V-shaped cross section of the belt body 10. The belt body 10 includes a compression layer 11 arranged on a belt inner surface side 100x, an expansion layer 12 arranged on a belt outer surface side 100y, and a core wire 13 buried between the compression layer 11 and the expansion layer 12. The expansion layer 12 includes an expansion rubber layer 12a composed of a rubber composition, and a reinforcement layer 12b including plural cloth layers 12bx with rubber mutually laminated in a belt thickness direction. The expansion rubber layer 12a and the reinforcement layer 12b are alternately laminated in the belt thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
