To facilitate to pinch a tip of a film by projecting and positioning the tip of a wrapping film always at a definite position without opening a lid in every time when it is started to use.

A wrapping film case has a constitution in which a lid body 4 can be made to enter a case main body 3 by pressing, and on the other hand, the cutting blade 6 is provided on the opening edge of a second long side side face of the case main body 3. When a wrapping film 2b is cut, it is cut under a condition that the lid body 4 is pressed into the case main body 3 by a required amount, and the lid body is recovered to an original position after cutting. By leaving the tip part of the wrapping film under a condition that the tip part is projected by being pressed outward by a length in accordance with this amount of recovery, the cut tip of the film can be pinched for example, by groping for it.
