Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film retaining member with a stable retaining property to a wrapping film by a method wherein the wrapping film retaining member, that prevents the free end of the wrapping film from winding back when the rapping film is cut off, includes an adhesive layer of specific resin composition that has a good adhesion to the wrapping film and is excellent in both film retaining and independent-of-temperature properties.
SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 22 to retain a wrapping film is provided on the surface of a front panel 2 of a carton and when the wrapping film is cut off, the wrapping film is adhered on the adhesive layer 22 by pressing the wrapping film onto the surface of the front panel 2 from outside a side flap 6 of the carton. The adhesive layer 22 is formed of a hardened material of a composition containing a setting adhesive component comprising polyurethane type pre-polymer and an adhesive control component comprising non-reactive acrylic resin. Polyurethane type pre-polymer that composes the setting adhesive component comprises a moisture-setting type polyurethane resin, and it is desirable that the pre-polymers are chosen from such sorts of pre-polymers that polyol in their components has a molecular weight within a range of 1,000-3,000 and elongation percentage within a range of 20-160%.
