The wrapping material with an oxygen indicator has an oxygen indicator layer formed on a supportive body by printing or coating an ink composition having an oxygen detecting function. The ink composition with an oxygen detecting function comprises at least a microcapsule consisting of a wall-forming substance of a synthetic resin having a glass transition point (Tg) of 60C or more and a core substance of a redox pigment, a reducing agent, a binder resin made of a water soluble resin and a solvent.
