Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the external agent for skin, composed of a specific alkoxyalkylamine, having excellent effect for suppressing the causing of wrinkles and eliminating the wrinkles, exhibiting action to suppress the incomplete cornification of skin, acanthosis and lipid metabolism abnormality and useful for the improvement of wrinkles and cornification.
CONSTITUTION: This external skin agent having excellent action to suppress the causing of wrinkles and eliminate the wrinkles and effective for maintaining the function of the skin, preventing dandruff and improving sunburnt skin by using an amine derivative expressed by the formula I [R1 is 1-40C hydrocarbon group which may contain hetero atom; R2 and R3 are 1-3C bivalent hydrocarbon group; R4 is H or 1-3C hydrocarbon group; R5 is H, 1-3C hydrocarbon group or group of the formula II; R6 is H or 1-10C hydrocarbon group which may have one or more hydroxyl groups; Y is group of the formula III (R9 to R12 are same as R6)] or the formula IV (R7 and R8 are 1-3C hydrocarbon group which may have 1-3 hydroxyl groups) [e.g. 1-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-2-methyl-3- tetradecyloxy-2-propanol] as an active component, compounding the component to a base such as oily base or emulsion base and forming a drug preparation.
