To limit scanning to a region of interest and reconfigure an image by controlling a collimator according to a relative position of the region of interest with respect to the center of a field of view and a view angle.
An X-ray computerized tomographic device 1 includes: an X-ray tube 101; a high voltage generation part 109; an X-ray detection part 103; a projection data collection part 104 for collecting projection data; a reconstruction part 114 for reconstructing an image; a collimator 121 disposed on the front face of the X-ray tube 101 whose opening width and opening center are variable; and a control part 110 for controlling the collimator 121, the high voltage generation part 109, the projection data collection part 104, and the reconstruction part 114 for performing main scanning for the analyte and pre-scanning repeated before the main scanning to obtain the main scanning start point. The X-ray irradiation range in the main scanning is the whole of a field of view and the X-ray irradiation range in the pre-scanning is part of the field of view.
