To provide an X-ray CT device or the like capable of finely performing adjustment so as to match a center of an X-ray emitted from an X-ray tube and the center of a detector.
The X-ray beam is emitted from the X-ray tube 101 in a first form for which an X-ray converging means is turned to a first converging width and a slice width is turned to a first slice width larger than the first converging width and respective output values are acquired from two detection element columns in an equal distance regarding a body axis direction of a testee body from the center of the detector 103. Also, the X-ray beam is emitted from the X-ray tube 101 in a second form for which the X-ray converging means is turned to a second converging width larger than the first slice width and the respective output values are acquired from the two detection element columns. By computing a prescribed index from the respective output values relating to the first and second forms and comparing the index and a prepared correspondence chart, a center deviation amount between the X-ray tube and the detector is computed. The position of the X-ray tube or the detector is adjusted in the body axis direction on the basis of the deviation amount.
