Abstract:
To provide an X-ray detector capable of increasing the light yield by effectively retro reflecting the light incident on an opening part, and easily manufacturable.
This X-ray detector for transducing an X-ray 27 into a charge, is provided with a scintillator 21 and a photosensor 28 positioned thereunder. The light incident into the opening part Z between picture elements is reflected toward a photosensor D by a reflector 23, and the light contributes thereby to the increase of a signal without worsening spatial resolution of the X-ray detector.
