PURPOSE: To perform sensitivity correction by an optimal correction value based on the dispersion of the element sensitivity of a sensor on each channel by providing a fan beam X-ray source, a multiple channel X-ray detector, and a sensitivity correction device which corrects the sensitivity of measuring data corresponding to the output level of each channel.
CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with the fan beam X-ray source 1, the multiple channel X-ray detector 3 which detects a transmission X-ray transmitting an object 2 to be measured, a storage device 4 which stores a correction value in accordance with the output level of each channel of the multiple channel X-ray detector 3 in advance, and a correction value sensitivity correction device 5 which corrects the sensitivity of the measuring data based on the correction value. The cross-sectional image of the object 2 to be measured is calculated by a cross-sectional image arithmetic unit 8 based on sensitivity- corrected measuring data, and also, the cross-sectional image of a calculated object 2 to be measured is displayed on a display device 6. In this way, it is possible to correct the sensitivity by the optimal correction value based on the dispersion of the element sensitivity of the sensor on each channel.
