To provide an X-ray diagnostic imaging system capable of highly precisely delivering a device to a target position in a short time and quickly performing work even in a balloon dilatation.
In this X-ray diagnostic imaging system 10, an input/output device 27 specifies the target position for indwelling the device on a reference blood vessel image corresponding to a prescribed fluoroscopic image and a target position in another cardiac phase is extracted from the predetermined target position by a CPU 25. Then, differences between the marker positions of the device extracted in the respective cardiac phases on the fluoroscopic image and the target positions are calculated by the CPU 25. The differences between the calculated marker positions and the target positions are displayed on the reference blood vessel image of the prescribed cardiac phase on the screen of a monitor 20.
