Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniform and stabilize the sample heating of an X-ray diffracting electric furnace.
CONSTITUTION: In an electric furnace in which a core body 39 having a heater 41 distributed and installed thereto is shielded from the outer part, and housed in furnace bodies 36, 37, the core bodies 36, 37 are formed into a cylinder or ring having a sample inserting and drawing hollow part 39a formed thereon. A spiral heater groove is formed on the circumferential wall of the core body 39, and a sample inserting and drawing hole 39b is also formed.
