To solve a problem with an X-ray device for bedside examination wherein a supporting column exists at the front of a carriage shielding part of a field of vision ahead of an operator when advancing, requiring a certain degree of width because a weight is incorporated in the support, so that the operator needs to move his/her face right and left for safely advancing, causing much trouble to the operator.
The X-ray device for bedside examination comprises a TV camera 14 and a TV camera 15 respectively installed on front surfaces in the vicinity of floor surface of the support 8 and the carriage 1. In a display device 4 to display X-ray images X-ray photographed, views ahead taken by the cameras are displayed while advancing. The operator 16 is thus capable of advancing safely by watching the images.
