Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sensitivity correction in a state where a continuous body is interposed in a sensitivity correction of an X-ray inspection device having a continuous body (tire, conveyance belt and the like) moving between X-ray irradiation means and an X-ray image sensor, and to enable reduction in influence of a prescribed shape pattern even if the continuous body has the prescribed shape pattern in a movement direction.SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device comprises: X-ray irradiation means 1; X-ray image sensors 2a, 2b and 3; a continuous body 10 that crosses between the X-ray irradiation means and the X-ray image sensor to move continuously; and control means 5. The continuous body has prescribed shape patterns 11, 12 and 16 parallel to a movement direction. The control means has sensitivity correction means that corrects a sensitivity variation of the X-ray image sensors, in which the sensitivity correction means is configured to acquire and process a signal from the X-ray image sensor corresponding to a plurality of positions on the continuous body in the movement direction as moving the continuous body by a prescribed distance in a state with an X-ray irradiated, and thereby perform a sensitivity correction including the shape pattern.
