PURPOSE: To easily move the device and simplify its positioning and improve its operability by providing a swing device which rotatably supports an X-ray irradiation device within a horizontal plane, an elevating device which elevates the swing device vertually upward and downward and a movement device which can move it in the horizontal plane.

CONSTITUTION: An X-ray irradiation device 50 is equipped with a pair of light sources 52, 53 which are arranged around an X-ray irradiation hole 51 and emit linear lights crucially intersecting at right angles each other and a distance sensor 54 which measures the distance to a subject 1. A swing device 60 is arrangedly installed at the lower part of the X-ray irradiation device 50 and rotatably supports the X-ray irradiation device 50 within a horizontal plane, and an elevating device 70 is arrangedly installed at the lower part of the swing device 60 to elevate the swing device 60 vertically upward and downward. A movement device 80 is arrangedly installed at the lower part of the elevating device 70 to move within a horizontal plane to adjust an output of an X-ray oscillator 64 by means of an output of the distance sensor 54. It is thereby possible to move the device with ease and simplify positioning of X-ray irradiation and improve the operability of the device.
